KPK Disabled Person Registration Form, CM KPK Ali Amin Gandapur has declared that a monthly stipend of Rs 7,000 will be granted to all individuals with disabilities. To avail themselves of this benefit, disabled persons must obtain a Muzouri card from the Social Welfare Office. Those with existing disability ID cards should text HQ, followed by a space, their ID card number to 8123. Once verified, they will qualify for financial assistance.

Eligibility Criteria
- Many families include individuals with disabilities, whether from birth or due to accidents.
- Those from low-income families or without any income source are eligible to apply for this program.
- Candidates must be citizens of the KPK Province.
- Individuals with hearing, visual, physical, or multiple disabilities are eligible to apply for this program.
- All individuals who have undergone biometric verification for special persons by NADRA are eligible for this program.
- Candidates must possess a CNIC indicating the mentioned disability.
