- Management of teller services at counters.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to instructions from the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) or the Head Office (HO).
- Manage various clearing and collection processes, including but not limited to Inward, Outward, Same day, Intercity, local bills, foreign bills, etc.
- Issue Banker’s Cheques, Foreign Demand Drafts (FDD), and Foreign Telegraphic Transfers (FTT) upon customer request, ensuring complete adherence to all necessary formalities.
- Ensure that transaction processing adheres to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines, if applicable.
