• Management of teller services at counters.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to instructions from the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) or the Head Office (HO).
• Manage various clearing and collection processes, including but not limited to Inward, Outward, Same day, Intercity, local bills, foreign bills, etc.
• Issue Banker’s Cheques, Foreign Demand Drafts (FDD), and Foreign Telegraphic Transfers (FTT) upon customer request, ensuring complete adherence to all necessary formalities.
