Eligibility Criteria

1. As per PMC, Medical and Dental Undergraduate Education (Admission, Curriculum, and Conduct) Regulations 2024 dated: 12 Oct 2024, para 5(10), for admission to a private college no distinction shall be made in terms of merit and criteria between a Pakistani, Overseas Pakistani or Foreign student which means that there is no special quota for foreign candidates must compete on the same merit as per local candidates.
2. All Pakistanis having valid citizenship (Including citizens of AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan) can apply for Admission.
3. Minimum 60% aggregate marks in FSc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent having a minimum of twelve years of education.
4. Passing “MDCAT for NUMS” with a minimum of 55% marks is mandatory (Held on 16th Oct 2024) for applying for admission in only NUMS constituent / affiliated medical colleges.

1. MDCAT for NUMS: 50%
2. FSc (Pre-Medical)/Equivalent: 40%
3. SSC/ Matriculation/ Equivalent: 10%
