Regarding the online applications and their subsequent appearance in (CBT) Computer Test for various posts Candidates who have been shortlisted should submit BIO-DATA and attested copies (with an attestation stamp from the name of the officer) of all the documents required according to the following within 15 days of the posting of this notice on the IBMS job portal, by registered post/courier to the Office of the Director of IT, FIA HQs G-9/4 Islamabad to assess their eligibility.

• Form for bio-data that has been signed and completed.
• Two latest Photographs (Passport size).
• Valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
• Self Domicile Certificate (SDC).
• Secondary School Certificate (SSC)/Matric (showing the date of birth) and Higher Secondary School
• Certificate (HSSC)Intermediate or Certificate (HSSC) issued by the Secretary of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education.
• Secondary Class (or Grade “C Master’s Degree in the relevant field or subject area. required degree for the job.
• Degree(s) and transcripts/Result-Cards/DMCs that show the length of study time Credit hours and proof of CGPA/Grade/Class with credit hours as well as the date of the Declaration Date, which was issued by the Controller of Examination from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) to determine the eligibility.
• If an equivalent of the necessary degree has to be presented by a candidate an official certificate of equivalency issued by HEC/PEC/PMC/PNC can be presented to FPSC to confirm the claim.
• Experiential Certificate (Post Qualification) with Job description and dates exactly in the detailed format for Experience when applicable.
• In the case of a Government Servant, the Departmental Permission Certificate (DPC) outlines the specific date of appointment, signed and stamped by the Head of the Department Division/Ministerial (Official stamps must be attached).
